Aliso is now OPEN!
I called Aliso and Woods Canyon Park Ranger Station and they are now open!!!!!

What the ....?
I can go buy a pack of cigs and breath in all the smoke I want, but OH NO, how horrible that I be able to go to a park and ride a bike with some haze/smoke in the air. Stupid govt jacking my crap again. Maybe air quality should be less of a concern and having fire air support ready to suppress fires more a concern. I'll be at aliso. look for the green vpp machine. or my marin wolf ridge. some day i'd like so say i've met somebody from this site other than the guys from adrenaline.

Big plans for Aliso this weekend, 2 days in a row....
I don't know guys (Andy & Hubby of mine) The air quality is killing me. I just don't know - one thing I know for sure Maddie (which also means Mommy) will not be participating in this weekends activities  I would not be a very good parent if I let her out in this crap!I'm sad but.....I just can't do it

Keep in mind, as the wind changes from offshore to onshore, the air quality will be much better at Aliso than it will be inland.

up here in the long beach the onshore flow is pretty prominent. cool temps and a cool breeze. hoping this is carrying down the coast and pushing the gunk eastbound.

that's cool to hear...i'll play it by ear and decide whether or not to ride tomorrow but sunday looks more promising.
Anyone know if el more or LCWP is open now as well.
