Brainhead is way to far for a weekend...we were out there for 6 days. We try to travel at night to conserve the daylight for riding.

He he, that was a lucky shot. I had stopped to shoot everyone as they were coming down behind me and once again when they passed me. I pressed on the camera right before he hit the floor. I did not realize I had gotten the shot as it happened until our next lunch break, which as you could imagine made it for good laughs. Glad Scott was fine with just a few scratches.

It was a mere flesh wound (and a couple of bruises). Now that I think of it, I was trying to avoid the trail paparazzi and that's what sent me careening into the branch that took me out. Really...it was Vic's fault.
I didn't realize my fingers were so flexible.
