That sounds great, but my fork is back at Fox for warranty repairs.

Hopefully I'll get it back soon.

Yep, it's a 40.

Maybe, if I'm lucky, it will get lost in shipping. Then I can collect the insurance and buy a new one. That might be quicker than waiting for the repair...

Roger and I use our Marzocchi 888s as spares when the Fox 40s have to go back for repair (Roger's is on his 8th repair and mine is going in for the 1st time).

Unfortunately if you own a 40, you HAVE to keep a spare on hand. It's a great fork but seems to be HIGH MAINTENANCE. By the way, the difference in the 2 forks is 1.2 lbs.
