The drop goes straight off the trail. If you turn right it's just a short descent down to the bottom of where the drop meets back up with the trail.

There are go arounds on most things, and anything other than 6'+ drops you can walk down I would know! I walked around/down a lot of stuff. I just need to try more

No one got out a camera so I just took the P line.

Like you said, it's how you use it. So I decided to do a bit of creative editing of your quote

Hope you're having a great time at Tahoe...but don't get anymore approval badges on your legs okay

Not funny! I would normally laugh, the trouble is- WINSTON (i.e. Iron Horse Royalty) "thanked" you for your amusing post. That would lead me to believe he read what you posted.

Allow me to set the record straight. There were (2) sections of trail I did not ride 1) THE DROP 2) part of Shock Treatment! The reason I didn't ride (part of) it was I tore off my derailer cable. I was in a gear that made me unable to pedal the bike! Mechmann- PLEASE set the record straight!

If this B.S. gets back to corporate- I am finished!

To be completely honest...
I didn't see you ride any P lines actually. I was way out in front of you!
You training wheel using P.O.S. You may have pulled the wool over Winston's eyes with your first post- not with this one! Think.... think..... c'mon, you can do it! If memory serves me correctly (and it does) it was I who was waiting for YOU!

I dunno... don't know what shifting would have to do with going down Shock Treatment. It's not like you need to pedal to go faster on Shock Treatment!

But I must say, I've never seen Dino catch so much air in one day out of all the years I've been riding with him. I have to say that I am impressed

C'MON Frankie- You know my style! Sometimes you pedal to set something up.. other times to get past an obstacle... sometimes pedaling helps you regain control. I was in a super high gear when the derailer cable tore off. My pedals were useless.

As for jumping- when we go back in September I will be on a BIGGER bike!
I would be more than happy to autograph the following photo titled "Mini-Air." Want one?

I appreciate the invite. I have only been riding for about 3 months so I don't know if my skills could handle something like that yet. Though the best way to improve is to challenge yourself...

My 4 inches couldn't stand up to the 6, 7, and 8.6 inches that other people are carrying around here...

It's not the inches that matter, it's how you use them.

That's not 8.6" is it??

I say go with a Demo 8, especially if you aren't gonna RACE it, eh. Just ask Lucas.

It's actually really similar to the Demo 8, and as such, the 7, I think.

I did hit my e13 on a rock drop at Mammoth cause I slowed down too much before hitting it.

No worries.. better than raking my XTR chainring over this at Noble, eh:

But, I haven't run an XTR crankset at Noble in many months, and am also replacing that ring with an XTR bashguard from Boone if Brett ever decides to make one. He won't respond to my emails, so I'm starting to doubt that I'll get the product...

13.9" on the Sunday and 14.48" at the lowest setting on the Demo 8
