RR: Western states road trip part II

I am totally lame, and can't figure out how to get text next to pics, I guess I'm just lucky I figured out how to get pics up, right CC?
After leaving Fruita, we headed to Loveland, CO for a family reunion. Nothing too spectacular there, just farmland, although last year I did a ride there called Devil's Backbone, maybe I can hit that one next year. The original plan was to race DH at the Crankworx event at Winter Park. However, after talking to a couple of others who were already there checking it out, and getting some very negative reports, bro Joe and I decided to go check out a new bike park at Sol Vista in Granby. My prediction, this place is going to be one of the MTB destinations in Colorado very soon! One of the big companies, like Intrawest, is investing some major $$ in making this a huge resort. They have only been building trails for 4 weeks, and have a great start on it.
First pic is of a not quite completed trail right under the lifts, with about a 25' gap to get things started. Second pic is a huge stepdown, I was told it was a 50' jump, I think more like 30-35', whatever, it was fun. More reports on Idaho, Montana, and Mammoth to come.
