No, you need to put more time between your frames.

I opened up your agif in Adobe Imageready and set the time between the frames from .1 to .5 seconds. I also made sure the repeat was set to infinite.

I did it in Jasc Animation Shop.. It seems like no matter what you select first when doing the wizard it doesn't change any of the settings later on...
