Ooops! - I blame it on the Yuba guys for having a keg in the bike shop!

Here's a pic of Sarah's new machinery which is currently our 7th bike in the apartment (8 if you include Lacey's loaner!)

Rich has his RR on his blog Bad Idea Racing

sounds like it was a fun!
That guy is a SS Destroyer - no offense Andy- I have seen him race and smoke everyone but it sounds like the Hell Ride took care of him!

From the stories floating around it sounds like Keith was doing the "sucking", no pun intended, not Sarah!

Someone made a joke that boyfriends shouldnt be invited next time because we were sat together on the sofa but 99.9% of the time we were chatting to Rich (great guy) or Scott from Santa Cruz and drinking beer

(Any bike shop with a keg, pool table, sofa's and a big TV is pretty sweet in my book!).

Will resize the pics I took later and get some posting done

Sarah and Rich try out the Nomads and get them dialled in as best as they can in a car park

Rich gets his lever reach up to par

Its another action packed day in the bustling metropolis of Downieville

The Yuba guys chow down for a night of cow and beer

Rich orders his food and receives sunglasses

Some of the Motley Santa Cruz crew

Back at Yuba for the pre-ride tequila contest

Ladies and Gentlemen - its the Mark Weir show!

Sarah warming up before the big ride - note bins knocked over by the bears!

Rachael leads Sarah out for the start of the 65mile epic

Sarah, Rachael, Aerron and Josh

Some Downieville Scenery

Just the sight you want to see having made it up to 7200ft

River crossing on Butcher Creek

Dont fall in

Sarah arrives at the half way point for lunch - now where's that hole in the lycra?

The Nomad looking a bit 'used'

15mins later Sarah is raring to go - cleaned, fuelled but her Pro rider is looking a bit tired and struggling to keep down a chicken sandwich. Move it you Pro level bag of bones!

Heading out for the second part of the ride - Sarah and Josh leading out Rachael and Monsieur Francais

Rich arrives back after getting lost and after 2 double espresso Gu's he's wired to the eyeballs... If he was driving he'd get instant jail time

Some time later Rachael drags her boney ass back down the mountain

Sarah returns triumphant - 1st woman to complete the full HellRide

The HellRide team 2007. You'd never guess they'd been riding for 12hrs!

Sinking a few beers with Rich and the Santa Cruz guys
