Default Bling'n with B.O.B.

Bruce Shannon and I did a quick El Moro run this AM. There were so many people out there that riding the singletrack was not fun. I have been riding El Moro for years and have never seen so many people out there...mostly bikers. It is getting like Aliso on the weekends. Help open more singletrack or put in traffic lights.

Anyway, I went out to see Shannons new paint job and it is very nice. Looks much better in person and a new Pace Carbon Fork.

She's right where she's suppose to be, even talkin trash about geared bikes. Things like "I will never ride a geared bike again"...you know that early conversion, I have seen the light stuff.

A good day up in the San Gabriels should change that.

HA! Yeah the blue bottle does look pretty cheesy I admit. All my other bottles were dirty, my blue bottle is like the last pair of underware you have when everything else is in the laundry.

Thanks y'all for the compliments on my bike. I was afraid it would seem pretty vain to paint it when I had a prefectly good paint job. But I can't stand purple. And for $100 bucks why not paint my bike the color I like.

Sorry Mike, I must confess that SS 29er is the way to go. Maybe you just haven't come to the light yet....

El Moro was the most crowded I've seen it this morning. I see Dean failed to mention that he almost took some guy out on Missing Link. Nice save though Dean!

On that section WHO was going uphill and had the right away. We came more than close, actually hitting handlebars by the time we came to a stop. If I am going to ride weekends out there, I have to put my bell back on my bike.

Nice looking bike--when I climb Noble, you should come along and ride that

I too will get a rigid 29er SS someday--someday very, very far off in the future, but someday.
