hey i want to enter the spouthridge race in a few weekends?
how hard is it and do i need any poointers
and i need directions

go to there web site Untitled Document for directions. you can register the day of the race. just get there early to beat the lines. you can ride there anytime just post on the trail head forum to hook up with other str guys who will show you around. are you going to race dh or xc?

if my leg feels any better, i'm thinking i might head out there again on saturday if you wanna join. i'll post it up in the trail head forum if i end up doing it.

how long have you been riding and what trails do you normally ride? what kind of bike do you have and how is it set up? its hard to say if its easy or not since everyone has a comfort level with riding. the course isn't tooo hard, but there are some nasty rocks that can do damage
