See real men eat real food on the trail. Off coarse you had to show me pushing my bike uphill!

You have to look for the Subway...they are there. No pics of me hucking. That would be Scott and Nic doing that stuff. Snow, mud and wet slickrock is not the best hucking.

That's a good trick we do out there. Go to Subway in the morning and have them build the sandwich, but put all the fixins in one bag and the bread and meat wrapped regular. That way you can eat anywhere you want along the trail and you won't have to pedal in back to town.

How much Coldstone has STJunkie ate so far? This is one skinny guy that eat more ice cream then anyone else I know.

I think Scott ate a quart a night. I hope I'm that in shape when I'm 40-something! Sick.

I'd go head to head with Scott on eating ice cream, but I think I outweigh him by at least 60 lbs.

Only 3 qt's this trip. The third night we went to Stone Cold they were closed, so we got some at the market.

Nice pics Sauce. Did you get your helmet back?

This guy has consistancy though, he eats tons and never misses unless they are closed. I'm not sure what he could do at one sitting, but I'd put my money on Mr Junkie any day of the week.

Sara, Dean, Nick, Larry and Scott, The sixth annual Sedona holiday trip was really wonderful. We got the full complement of weather conditions including a truly spectacular snow day. That dramatic red rock dusted with powdered “sugar” snow takes the scenery to a whole new level. It was really fun to ride with a group this time around, you guys certainly kept me going and I’m sure increased my pace 10 fold! When I wasn’t pushing my limits to keep up with you all on the climbs, I was thoroughly enjoying the descents thanks to my Christmas present, new hydraulic disks brakes! Thank you Scotty, did I mention “I love my new brakes?” Trail master Mountain Sage Scott out did himself this time around as we covered most of the trails in Sedona and explored some new dirt too! Dean thanks for all your trail lore and humor. Sara your determination is inspiring. It was great to see Larry again I’m glad you decided to join us. I only have a few pictures myself as all my attention was focused on the riding and the red rocks, Nick and Dean can I get some copies of your coverage? Here’s to Sedona ’07 I hope more of you can join us and enjoy nature’s beautiful playground next year. Hey Mikey we missed you!
Hey Sara I have your helmet and your gloves and glasses. Give me a ring so I can get them back to you.

Lynn, first off welcome aboard, good to see you posting.

Remind me next time we ride together and I will burn you a CD of my pics. I took 140 of our Sedona rides.

Do you guys see my So-Cal Trailer Riders sticker on my bumber?

Dean
