Default RR: Laguna Dec 23rd 2006

RR's late but better late then never, right?

First off thanks to Mike and Matt for some good times and good ride. We did the following . . .

Ridge park > rattlesnake > I think I can > bommer ridge > T&A > road > Willow > fenceline > ridge park

We were all feeling the first climbs from not riding much last couple weeks. Rattlesnake was fun as it always is. Didn't get any photos or video from there because we had some hiker chicks coming down behind us.

I actually thought of bailing on T&A cause I felt worked after I think I can. How come that climb is NEVER easy? But we continued on. Mike had never hit the top T&A drop so that was his goal of the day. He sized it up for a good 10 minutes or so and then nailed it like it was nothing. Then went back and did it again. He always has trouble getting ready for drops and such but always makes em! Then we went down the trail and played a bit more. Rest of the ride came and went without incident.

Yeah, I wasn't feeling those climbs either that day. Thanks for going the distance. Nice job editing the video.

nice job gouge. the lads look smooth on the drops.

seriously, cool angles of the bottom hucks, and i like how you led into the huck by filming the runout and following it up to the drop eh. that rut on the middle roll looks pretty chunky now.
