I didn't sign it. The real problem is getting bicycles from being grouped with OHV users. Anyone that's ridden up in Kernville has seen the huge ruts the motorcycles carve out in the middle of the trails.

I would rather share the trails with motorcycles than loose access totaly.

Like it or not, those trails we rode in Kernville would not even be there there if it was not for the Moto's blazin' a trail. In Arizona the Moto's are the first out to clear deadfalls. All the use for Moto's in Cal is concentrated in certain areas so it gets trashed. I share many trails with Moto's in AZ...no problems.
