Question Looking for Arizona Trails (Prescott & Sedona)

Im heading to Prescott for 5 days over Thanksgiving and am looking for some trails to ride. I'm planning on riding Prescott and Sedona.

I know many of you have riden out there and your assistance would be awesome.

There are a couple cool routes on geoladders for Prescott but Dean is the expert, hopefully he'll chime in. For Sedona, just go to the Bike and Bean for a map and they'll hook you up with some trails.

Cosmic Ray's book is good for all of Arizona. You should be able to find one at a bike store there.

I second the Bike and Bean. Those guys are great! They've helped me out a number of times. They're actually located in Oak Creek right before you get to Sedona. It's pretty much right across the street from Bell Rock.

Default some trails

think i hit bell rock, big park, llama, little horse, templeton, deadmans pass, dawa, cockcomb, girdner. mystic, broken arrow, never made it to schnebly before heading home but heard good riding there as well. I think i have cosmic rays book someplace if you want to borrow for trip (PM me).

for trails i hit think riding in oak creek was more fun than on "sedona side"

There is a book that's sold at the LBS's there. It's got like a cartoon on the cover, but I can't remember the name, it's a really good one for both areas. Mountain bike heaven was real good to us too. You might want to check them out also. Man, I'm already chomping at the bit to get there and I still have a month to go. Have fun that is one of the best places I have ever rode in.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll be sure to pick up the book and take some pics. They won't be up to Dean's standards but...
Anyone out in the area, maybe visiting family also, is welcome to come ride. PM me

Check your PM, just got into Prescott a little while ago.

Bump! Lucas give me a call, we can ride Prescott today and I will be free to ride Sedona Friday and/or Saturday.
