Default RR: Sturtevant

This was one freakin awesome ride!!! Riding conditions couldn't have been better. We had 11 guys show up to ride the big Sturtevant trail. The trail was loose and steep at the top with a nice rock garden thrown in. This one is a must do if you've never been up there. Sorry no scenery pics.

Awesome ride. Thanks for posting it up, Frank. It was great to meet up with you guys and hit it up. And what's all this talk about a rock garden?

Thanks for setting up the ride Frank. Right when I got to the meeting spot I realized I forgot my camelback. That was a first. I didn't have any mechanicals so it turned out OK. I was a little intimidated as I was one of the two guys without a Downhill bike and armor. No crashes though. I hadn't done this trail in about 5 years and I forgot how many cool sections it has.

Glad you made it out Scott. It was one of the best and fastest runs in a long time. Nobody had a major mechanical, flat, or serious fall. You kicked @ss on the 6 Pack.

dont be intimidated by that, some people think that buy owning a downhill bike and armor their skills are magically improved...many times those bikes are often overkill for a good majority of the trails you see people riding them on.

glad you had fun, i wanna check that trail out soon!
