Great pics guys! I haven't seen that many spotters since my girlfriend took me to the Gymnastics World Championships at The Pond in 2005.

Let's see those Spooky Dave pics!

very cool ride. completely different perspective from last ride, which started @lower san juan.

from the photos it would appear that i was in the perfect position to catch McGrath as he started his endo.... but that stuff happens sooo fast, and all i could do was watch. some spotter i make... sorry pat, owe you a beer.

dino, bummer ya couldn't make it, ya missed-out, cuz you'd had a great time. your kind of trail.

i'd be very interested in riding there again in the near future.

I've done these trails before, just never shuttled from Blue Jay to the Candy Store, but you are right, it is a bitchin' trail with a good variety of terrain! I'd love to be able to hit Chiquito without being somewhat fatigued from the climb up to it.

There really wasn't a whole lot of climbing. The terrain is rather undulating, but as soon as you start to say, "I thought this was a shuttle" you head down again. There really is only one climb that I remember, but a tough one. I'm not sure the name, but very rocky and technical. A couple squeezes thrown in. It was fun though, and a good challenge.

I think the route may have Trabuco beat. It's a blast.

Bit late, but good times, guys. Thanks to El Borracho for putting it out there.

Much more enjoyable than the last time, this shuttle actually made sense. It was nice having some energy left to play on the rocks and fully enjoy the descent, instead of merely surviving it.

Speaking of surviving, mcgrath's OTB was by far the most spectacular I've seen in person. Kudos on the pro stuntman tuck and roll--it surely saved you some serious hurt. Stiff today? They say 2nd day's the worst...

I'm down for this ride any and every time, as long as it ends at Bad to the Bone.

Oh, and Rob, I did end up w/ your blanket. Will get it to you next time.
