Default Powder Mountain - UT

The second half of our vacation was spent at Moose Hollow Condos for a family reunion which are East of Ogden, and just North of Eden.

I was able to break away on the 8th for a little ride at Powder Mountain, no lifts. The riding is close to 9000 feet there.

LINK to .GPX file. Right click and Save As. The .GPX files like to save as .XML files for some reason, so you'll need to rename the extension to .GPX. Open the file with Google Earth.

There's also a geoladders route. http://www.geoladders.com/show_route.php?&route=1301

Yeah, I'm hoping to move to a place a little greener in the summer and a little whiter in the winter. My wife and I checked out Boise last October, but it's a bit scary to move when you're self-employed. Logan, UT is absolutely beautiful, but real cold in the winter. My wife won't do that.

I've never been there in winter. I used to do the Solitude thing when I went to school in UT. I can't believe how lucky we were to always be able to time the opening of the fence down the backside for freshies in the powder.
