so it was my first time in mammoth the last 2 days. im kinda a beginer and all i hit in those days were expert trails.
i did flow, chain smoke, velocity, twilight , ect im kinda glad about that... not trying to brag just feel good that i did that

right on man!! i just added those trails to my kill list as well and i am equally stoked....coming from an xc guy!

that place rocks! i can't wait to experience northstar or whistler for that matter. it is always great to push your limits and test your self.

Kudos, man. Chainsmoke still kicks my ass every time. If you can ride that trail, you are no longer a beginner.

How was twilight zone? Can you give me a "walk-thru" of the features on the trail?

I love that waterfall on chainsmoke. Pretty steep. Im gonna be up there this weekedend

twilight zone was dope as hell you come in on a couple of small doubles burm, burm and another small jump then you go into this huge wooden burm and then around a corner to a wooden wall ride (the best part of the trail)then 2 small ladders to small drops then a lil up hill and your done...but my favorite trail rightt now is flow to shotgun... just a lil to chicken sh*it to hit the flow drop

I rode Twilight Zone last weekend. I didn't get to it until the last run of the weekend. Technically it's an easy trail to ride. It should probably be rated single black diamond with the lighter orange color. You do have to take Chain Smoke to get to it which involves a couple of walking sections for me. I wish I would have had time to do it a 2nd time though. The first time I kept stopping to take in all the features they added to it. I'd love to have a chance to bomb down it and really get some speed into those berms.

Sweet! My brother and I were up there and it was my first time and I loved it! Didnt ride everything, but I pushed myself and learned alot--cant wait for next year too!
