Old photo, left line. Wood is gone now.

The middle trail is awesome, did it for the 1st time today. Fast and steep!

Steep is a bit of an understatement for the last 50 yards...

Middle line needs to be groomed a little from what I remember, but still super fun. All it needs now are trannys and some berms to keep the speed.

Perhaps a trail maint day is in order after we get some rain. That last right hander before the last jump (on the left side) could use a lot of work.

I was thinking about a maintenance day too...
The locals do their trail work at night.. They take their packs, lights, and shovels etc and hike up at night and repair the trails so its nice and cool

I was never aware of a permit being applied for?

No, the owner is open for bike riders, but doesnt like trouble. As long as we are riding and having fun he's cool with it.
As long as we arent starting fires, playing paintball, riding motor vehicles, etc, he is okay with it.
My friend who i dont talk to anymore and that stopped riding knew the guy pretty well. i dont know the guys name, but he seems like a decent guy.
now as far as the left trail goes, it is owned by a seperate person. THe rules for that trail are pretty simple. As long as we keep it mostly natural, meaning no wood stunts etc, they are fine/ they just dont want a lawsuit. supposedly the owner lives in oklahoma or somewhere out there, but i was tlaking to a close friend of the owners when he was tearing down a ladder on the trial months ago

Thumbs up Cool pics

The name and location definitely should not be mentioned publically ....already everything was torn down once this past year. Keep location to PM's please it's one of the few places we have left and would ruin it for all of us to get shut out. Thanks have fun!!

AlphaMog I think I saw all you guys standing behind a white pickup around 11 Saturday? Was just passing through at the time heading to ride elsewhere.
Your shots were great, Nancy !

RIP Dragon's spine (oh hell no I never went off it but was a blast to watch while it existed !!)

I'll second that! I am dying to find a place like this! Hey giantfro, I'll get up early and shuttle some runs if you know of some sweet places. As it is now, I'm limited to Hurkey Creek and just a couple others.

The bottom playground is in need of serious trash cleanup efforts. If any of you are planning a trip out there, bring a trash bag on your last run and haul out some of the trash, please! We wouldn't want to jeopordize the privilege we have of riding here!!!!

And how about everyone give a BIG THANKS to Denmo for putting this ride together. Let alone the whole DH secret society.
