Had you ever experience that feeling of riding a new trail but you actually riding the same location and if you change something the whole thing changes? Ok what I mean is today I rode my usual local ride but after starting the same way at one point I rode clockwise instead of following my counter-clockwise loop and that made it feel like riding on a new trail but it wasn't!! I know it doesn't make sense so I just "shut up" and let the pictures do the talking.

Wanna ride?
|
So which way requires climbing this hill - clockwise or counterclockwise?
It's fun to mix it up once in awhile, but there's usually something that quickly reminds me of why I have always done it the same way in the past. One time I decided to be different by climbing NASCAR to descend Vista del Mar at La Costa. Never again. It didn't even sound good at the time. |

And for a really new perspective, try it on a SS.

Either way is fun to ride that trail.
Never again. It didn't even sound good at the time.
