Default Taco Tuesday as Usual

We start at the usual place for the usual ride at the usual time. Every once in a while we have different people or the usual people on different bike. Tonight was such the case. We had Dean show for the ride. Brian showed for tacos. Jesse had a loaner bike and longing for his regular ride. The presence of the Goodyear Blimp made it highly unusual. We had our usual regroup. Kid A and family joined us for tacos, very unusual. Trizz landed the perfect drop, as usual. My favorite thing is the usual beauty that never tires.

Very nice riding with you all and great meeting some new folks.

I noticed tonight the hikers seemed a little uptight, like the ones that told Pat and I, in a indignant voice, "that hikers have the right away". I think it would help if more people had bells and started using them. I got many a thank you from hikers when I used my bell to let them know I was passing them. That park is way busy with hikers and joggers.

I used to live over there and ride in Peter's about every night...the walking bunch always seemed to be more tightly wound than run of the mill two footed trail user

Hey, nice ride guys. Sorry I couldn't hang around at the Fish house. Ended up grabbing a small pizza to go from Wise Guys Pizzeria which is excellent by the way.

Here's a photo where I ran into Beth on my on 2nd trip up Big Red. Hahaha the dude in front of you is walking, nice job Beth.

Some people have no sense of humor. Just because 15 or so mountain bikers scare the crap outa you doesn't give you the right to get attitude.

Good ride but the park was busier than usual.

Peters has always had lots of foot traffic. Negotiating the crowd is more difficult on some days than others.

Dean was quite the ambassador for "sharing the road" good work Dean.

A bell seems to be heard better than a voice and people respond to it better.

Good to see you and the fam at the Fish House. You only have this time for a short period. Who would of thought my kids would be in their mid 20's now (everyone except me) I rode last week with my oldest son and hoping my younger son will join us next week. You are off to a great start with a new bike for a 2 yr old.

I was happy to make it this week....it's interesting "hosting" (I guess thats what it is) a ride that has grown... you have a hard time taking a week off. It's gone from 3 people to 18-25+ in a matter of months and I've made some great friends from it....I guess I'm just saying thanks for brightening my week every week A couple of great moments this week were watching Stevie hit Big Red with that Turner DHR....sweet moses....I know the pain on that thing. Also seeing Jesse rock the sweet Cannondale retro....sometimes you just gotta ride man!!! Also...Willie... (moley moley moley)....hahahaha (yeh we're kinda gross).
Glad to see everyone...and I know how long this weekend will be for us....I have a FEELING the group will be smaller next week

BE SAFE everyone!!!! Happy 4th!!!!!
