Come one, come all and join us this Sunday for a great ride on some great trails with some great peeps. As usual we will meet at Performance on Bonita Rd @ 0800. There are usually multiple groups. There is also a coffee shop for your pre/post ride caffeine and snack needs. We usually ride 20-30 miles and finish between 1200-1300. Hope to see some more STR peeps come out and join us. Later.

Where do you guys usually ride down there to get 30 miles? It sounds like a really fun crew and I think I could "justify" the cost of gas for 30 miles and a good time.

There are multiple trail networks here(Sweetwater, Otay Lakes, H-Street, and all the connectors) that can be used to put together a ride much, much longer than 30 miles. For example we did a 61 mile ride here in March.

Sounds good, I'd like to come down and ride with you guys sometime and check it out.

I went for my first ride today after nearly 6 weeks on the DL and it was painfully obvious that I need to get my legs back first.

Great ride today. It was a little on the warm side but that didn't stop us from getting a 4.5hr ride in. I am not sure of the mileage but it was fun. We did a lot of climbing but everyone knows the reward is worth the effort. Plus, deep down everyone knows that they secretly enjoy climbing. Maybe we can get some more STR peeps to come out. Later.
