Solo Ride, Upper HJ
Well during dinner last night at the Beach Fire Grill after the Chiquita ride, I decided I wanted to do a ride up to Upper HJ since I called off sick last night. I had no other takers as most had to work today and 5am was too early for others. Turns out I forgot to set my alarm and didn't get up till about 6:15.
 After getting things loaded up and stopping for some much needed coffee, I finally got rolling around 7am. The morning started out a bit misty/foggy which was great cause it kept the temps down, but that gave way to a beautiful morning. Not 1 soul around, it was nice. No training ride, no hammering, no waiting, just riding. I hadn't been down Upper HJ since the VQ. Not being in a rush to be anywhere or make time or a cutoff, I stopped and enjoyed the views from Upper HJ. The trail is in great shape thanks to the recent work done by fellow Warriors.
