SCST... You'd think OMR would know better!
Riders: Gene, John, Vickie, Richie, Rob and Gregg
The ride was HOT and SHORT... no pictures as the cameras all melted. Best part was the food,iced beer and conversation afterwards... On to the Vintage Ride next weekend

 Gene aka Genusmtbkr5 on Hardwood Loop.  Gregg aka OMR.  Rob aka Alpine Rob.  Vickie aka vickie. Rich aka Richierich in the background.  Vickie and Rob climbing in the baking sun.  Rob on what I call "Confidence Bridge"  OMR.  Rob taking a gasoline shower at the end of the ride. Just kidding it was ice cold water. We all took turns getting doused by the water. Only a dip in a pool would have felt better. Nice ride and good times everyone. Thanks for coming out and enduring the heat. |

Wow!! Hope nobody has a headache now!!
We went out and did the shuttlemonkey routine today...were at the trailhead at 6 am (4:30 wakey time for us) to make sure the heat wasn't too bad. Done by 10 am and it was already brutal! |

Yeah we started yesterday at 6 am and finished at 3. Got kind of hot towards the end, but most of the time was really very comfortable. I love the San Gabes at elevation.

OC was Hot Hot Hot... I hit up San Juan Sunday Am left the bottom around 7:30 and had to stop and sit in the shade several times.. If you want pics just imagine putting the sun directly in your camel back and that is pretty much how it looked
Glad everyone survived the hot one...

Always a pleasure to ride with you guys and Vickie! Thanks for showing me a new place to ride, even if it was an abbreviated ride
