Default Saturday morning Adrenaline shop ride

Neil was nice enough to invite me to the Adrenaline shop ride this morning luring me w/ the thought that it was going to be an easy ride since "Traci and Megan" were going to be riding. WRONG! LOL no it was a really cool casual ride. We took a different route up the first 2 B's, I think the trail is called "Taco"? Never rode it but some of it was ridable and other parts of it was really loose and deep. We took the opportunity to session a technical area and watched some great bike handling. Then we were off to finish the ride and watched some hucking up top and enjoyed the ridgeline down to our destination where we were greeted by the recently injured Nam. Great ride guys.

Default Ride pics

Neil managed to get Duan out of his Aliso comfort zone today and bake with the rest of us at Oaks this morning. SDstumpy made another trip up from San Diego to ride with us and Lety hung tight with the group smiling all the way with the boys.

Now Gabe's jersey is another story...now how do you put this politely, um, it was disgustingly putrid. At least we didn't have to worry about being attacked by anything because it smelled like death warmed over.

Nice early quick ride to beat the heat and over to Chronic Tacos for post ride grub.

Where's Foo?

Default Thanks for the RR

Thanks for the pictures and the video. Looks like fun(?) If it looks that steep in pictures, it must be pretty steep.

good times! I was pretty happy about finally doing that bigger drop on top of Oaks- it's been on the to do list for a while.

It was a good group Saturday with Stevie showing up very tired. Haven't been to Oaks in a while and ended up pushing most of the climbs!

Freekin Gabe will ride down about anything....no wait he'll ride up about anything too.

Very suprized with Letys climbing ability too. Seen her last week at the loop and I got to say I was impressed with her gains in climbing.

I've had to pick up the climbing speed to keep myself out of Gabe's jersey stench!

We've been riding a lot to work on getting (ME) stronger I'm SLOWLY feeling it happen. Riding with the guys helps too. Now I just have to work on my tech skills. Big Bear this weekend was a blast and Gabe had me follow some of his lines and I made it down stuff I normally woundn't even want to try.
