Default Fruita: Day 3: Kokopelli Area + Tabegauche
Rode three awesome loops this morning from the Kokopelli Trailhead: Rustler's Loop, Mary's Loop and Horsethief Bench. We are re-charging and re-grouping then heading out from our B&B on bike to the Tabegauche area later today. Here's just a teaser of this morning's ride:

Great shots, and such a great place to ride. We did a Mary's Loop to Steve's Loop to Moore Fun a couple weeks ago. I loved it out there, have fun at the Lunch Loops.

I've seen pix and video of folks riding down this. But I'll tell you, having been there (Fruita, etc.), and having WALKED down that section. We'll, lets just say that even trying it gives you manly parts bigger than most.

Nice Pictures! If you have time try Troy Built, awesome trail. There are so many cool sections out in the Kokopelli trailhead. Tell me you are doing Holy Cross in GJ?

That Mary's/Horsethief Loop is one of my faves. Horsethief has such an awesome flow to it. You're making me really want to bump up next year's trip to next month!!

After a late-night dinner of some scrumptious Indian food, Gene and I are settling into RR mode. Boy I tell you, it's getting to feel like work keeping up daily so we may start falling behind. Just downloaded about an hour of video and now I think I'll just upload some pics without captions and then some sample video. Captions will have to come later.

Great ride today. We did some awesome trails. I had a blast on these trails as each trail just flows so well. elevation was about 5200 ft at Kokopelli's. This area as Allison pointed out also has some exposure, like on Mary's Loop and Horse Thief's Bench, but it's not that bad.

We started on Rustler's Loop which is a really fun warm up ride. Nothing technical but still really fun.
