Default RR: sycamore canyon first timer
Today was a perfect day for riding,temps were great with a nice cool breeze, it was the usual suspect todd and Collete (impy), if you have not rode with her you should,she is a nice person.My day was a little rough,forgot my bladder sat in traffic for 2 1/2 hrs, had one sidewall tear on the rear tire,and popped the chain shortly after.But all was well I was riding after all.Man this place has amazing views, from some points you cant see anything but mountains.We rode up backbone and down a fun descent. Then we hit hidden pond trail. It was messed up, there was a bunch of holes that looked purposely dug.I think we did 16-18 miles.I also believe (could be mistaken) I spotted a mountain lion about 150yards away from me but it vanished in the bushes.

Sycamore's awesome! Great pics, Danny!

Colette's way cool and fun to ride with! Did she do the whole ride singing George Michael songs? Sorry, Colette.......had to bring that up !

It is near Malibu, in the city of Newbury Park.Its of the 101. Its far but I have to go there to work anyhow, so...........

It was a really nice ride & met 2 great guys. Danny boy was cool as a cucumber despite a number of mechanicals, and Hot Toddy was either chatting up a storm or killing us on the downhills. I was lazy with the camera but it was so beautiful today. Thanks for the ride guys!
