RR: Sycamore Canyon Playground

What a fun way to end the work week with a Sycamore Canyon ride in Riverside. Its friday, driving on my way home thinking what should i do, should i ride? but where i got a few to choose from, Vail Lake, Santa Rosa Plateau or Sycamore Canyon. Got home logged on STR to check up the coming rides, schleppp posted a ride at Sycamore and after a few repliess, and there off we go.

We started at San Gorgonio by the self storage area, after a few hundred yards, we're at Little Moab.

No sweat, wheelie drop. This is the second he hit it. the first one is a roller.






Sycamore Canyon is meant for a 29er.


And my first roller, at this point my heart beat is 2000bpm, just about and after the roll, i felt like i climbed a 2000 ft elevation in 10 seconds. I'm like but schleppp's advice made it possible. i'd say, this is my one of my mtb baby steps.

There's a lot of playground to explore in Sycamore Canyon in Riverside, they got everything you would want on a trail. Come visit Sycamore Canyon.

Jojo, you are improving everytime I ride with you! Keep it up. It was a really good time out there. And you hit the nail on the head, not a bad way to finish a work week! Next time we are there I am sure I will see you rolling some other stuff also!

Nice work JoJo on the roller, and nice videos overall. Looks like a fun place (never been there). I had today off from work, and I hit up Sullivan Canyon (Santa Monicas). I was the ONLY rider out there. Came across 2-3 hikers, but that was it. Great day!

damn Chew, i saw that pipe, and thats about, what, 10 ft drop if you fall. you must have balls of stell or a former circus performer to be able to do that. i cant help but .

Lets hit it soon, ill take video of you doing the pipe.

My foot did come out, you can see it in the video!! Granted, it came out after I pulled it out, but that is not relevant.
