Default Palm Springs: Palm Canyon Pinyon Flats Loop

Has anyone rode this trail within the past 5 months?

We're looking to ride about 10-18 miles on Saturday morning and this looked like a great trail with a nice mixture of All Mountain/xc goodness.

My buddy and I will be riding this trail on Saturday AM. Looking at it, it seems we should finish in about 2.5 hours max. I'm sure we'll get lost a few times and turn it into a 5 hour epic.

I located this from Moutain Biking Bill's website: http://www.mountainbikebill.com/Palm...nFlatsLoop.htm

My buddy Stan will be riding too. I'll be sure to get some extra stans in my tires to help with those concerns. Thanks!

The upper Palm Canyon Part was good a few months back and the I have hear the the Pinyon Flats portions is good as well. Also do a bit of snooping as there should be a dirt route to get from Pinyon back to the Palm Canyon Trailhead without having resort to riding hwy 74. (Have yet to take the time to find it myself)
