While the San Gabes are good, there's to many hikers. Chance of seeing a hikers or anyone else for that matter on a San Gabe trail-90-100%

Chance of seeing anybody on cold Water 0%

Jeff when are we going riding?
Are you going to be at the Josh gathering this weekend?

You missed the fantastic Ultra Quest.

Same with Bell and Pinos. Every now and then there are hikers on Trabuco, but more often than not they stick to Holy Jim.

I think I've only ever even seen about 5 hikers on San Juan.

San Gabes are nice, but too far for me!

Hi Dave,

Yea- I am driving Bruckman and Hedge out to Ryan Campground 2nite. Meeting Libido Roy et al at Intersection 9AM ish for fat old man 5.7's...

The Kewl Kidz Klub (Mike, Mari, Hedge, Bruckles and me) rode the classic Strawberry Peak loop Sunday PM. I think the thing is about 17 miles? 13 of singletrack? Didna see another hiker or cyclist all day....

you were there in spirit. got to the crux multiple rock drops - - we all bailed on it. Bruckman voiced what were were all thinking, "Wonderly could clear it..."

so either i'll come visit you for a PM after work ride, or I'll bring Bruckles and Hedge to your world one Saturday for whatever is most classic. Or better yet. . there are some "Pretty Cool Trails" which are calling your name in the NE San Gabs...
