It waSS a SSan Juan Friday afternoon
Well I have decided that it is time to either love the SS you ride or maybe ride another bike. So a friend tells me that if your not digging the rigid SS thing ride it three times in a row and you will either then be back in love or ready to move on... So after the new wheels I headed up AliSSo and realized just how bad I SSuck at SSing as it has been way too long.. Long SStory short it SSucked. So off I headed to SSan Juan my favorite SS trail around and had the place to mySSelf everything was beautiful but you can tell that summer is just around the corner as the trail is starting to dry out in places, but is still in great shape overall.
No one around...  Thought about posting this in the Trail picss thread  Thiss too but someone beat me too it  Thiss would qualify  Looking back   Coming back down from cocktail rock I really enjoyed the silent running of my SS NO chain slap to take away fro a fantastic day. I was rewarded at the bottom with a few minutes to sit and reflect on how I have been gone way too much and need to try and find a better balance between work and life  The water is still running in the creek at the lower parking lot

Nice Sims, don't wait too long for that next ride... you need the leftover SS mojo from the last one to make it enjoyable.

I have not done the upper half in probably 16 years
