Not only really big beers, but girls in some sort of goth-fetish type of get-up with 12" heels!

Ok, there was only 1 girl like that, and she kept walking away, but...

Default Lower back tattoo

Yup thats my tramp stamp.... actually it was the first tattoo I ever got and it was going to turn into an entire back piece until I decided to tattoo my arms instead. It makes for interesting conversation tho when people call me out for it. It you must know its my last name with some graffiti that I was particularly fond of just above it.

Good job on the organization and for those leading the groups, pats on the back all around! All seemed pretty calm considerinig.

So here are the pics I got, they petered out for the decent as I likes my downhill. They resume at the car show, I mean, at the after ride gathering.

Will post more in next replies...
Check out the background of pic #2. Not enough DH?

I had a great ride. I brought Julia12 along and even though we had to climb allot, she had a blast coming back down (See, work first, play later). Thanks for letting her come Ezzy, She did great in this big group.

I'm also stoked that I met a new STR member, although it could've been under better circumstances. I want to thank Clumpymold for having such a good attitude about the crash. His bro took him out on the first downhill section (he kept apologizing over and over) and all Curtis was bummed about was not being able to go out partying later.... His smile says it all.

Before....

During....

.....and After

He was still Smiling.

This was THE longest ride I have done in over 1 1/2 years but I must say I made it to the top a lot easier then I had expected and all the regroups helped out, the climb wrecked my legs and I am still feeling it, although in a good way.
Although, when we were on that last climb to the gate and I turned around to see Gene sprinting up the road to catch up, it gave me another goal to work towards, being able to climb like that.

The descent was a blast but being my first ride there I was unsure of what to expect so I followed but still had a blast.

This is also the first trail ride I have been on with Nancy and Rog, EVER, when ever we met is was always at the races. Great riding with the two of you and I will definitely be headed down that way for some rides with you soon.

It was a pleasure to meet the few new riders I did but next time on a ride would you please not snap my photo during or just after a climb? It's bad enough when rested.

One thing that I found pretty dang funny, when clumpymold went down, the paparazzi wearing a white and red jersey (do not know the rider) showed up before the dust settled. There were already 4 others around helping but you can always expect the camera to show up when riding with a group.

Oh yeah, good to hear no major injuries occurred.
Haha, yeah. It was funny though. Before the ride, I kept thinking, it'd be nice to see some pics from this event with me in it. Then I got into that accident. My wish was granted. Albeit not how I had hoped but it still worked nonetheless. :P

And yep. Feeling much better today. Unfortunately, I still can't use my right hand fully so I can't go back to work just yet. :/

Thanks for your support! Yep, I made it down the hill, with help from Fred. He "escorted" me all the way down, even missing out on the single-track route.

Thanks, Fred. I'll have to treat you to dinner next time we're up there. And thanks for posting up those before, during, and after pics. Hilarious!

I'd also like to thank the "crew" that was up there to help me. I only remember one person's name, Shannon, I believe, who helped bandage up my right hand. Thanks to those who provided me all the bandaids, gauze, and fluids. I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but I was a little "shell-shocked" at the time.

Anyway, if you were there, please let me know. I can vaguely remember some faces but that's about all.

You guys were great! It's amazing how much help I got from people I never even met. Awesome!
