My wife and I decided to take the kids (Christian 3, and Sophia 11 mos) to Bonelli Park in San Dimas and were treated to a beautiful day at the park. The day was a little cloudy with plenty of sun coming in and out through out the day. The views of the park were amazing with colors all over the place.
Adrienne (my wife) is planning to join us next Saturday on the Marshall Cyn noobie ride, so we decided to bring the bikes along (Mike, thanks for lending her your bike...she loves it!). So here she is on her first ride on a real mountain bike; to top it all off a Turner . I dropped her off on the fire road entrance just by the horse stables and off she went starting her ride with a rocky downhill. I drove off with the kids to take them to the playground and I was able see her as she started to climb the fireroad till she couldn't handle it anymore so she had to walk up a climb and back on the saddle again. Was very proud of her...![]() ![]() After her ride she met us at the playground where took advantage of all the colors for family pictures ![]() family invades the mustard grass ![]() ![]() Christian taking off... ![]() future mountain bikers... ![]() Kodak moment ![]() Dad and Christian ![]() and finally my turn for a quick ride before we left the park. Glad she is enjoying the bike. You forgot to tell her about the going uphill without peddeling feature that comes with all Turners. (Dave T will hide in the bushes and give you a push up the hill/s if you get to tired.) Really it's true, buy a Turner and find out.
