RR: Trizz Yo Mama! (no photos :( )

So today El Prieto and I took Trizz to El Moro. He's never been and has been asking for new/longer rides...so why not invite him for our ride? Started at Ridge Park and went right down to Rattlesnake. He was warned about the rocks/ruts/cactus...and he cleaned it all!! El Moro is so frickin' beautiful right now! So we headed down Mach 1 to I Think I Can. About 150 yards up the hill I hear some mis-shifting behind me then *SNAP*...uhoh..yep...Trizz snapped his first chain! Insert a Powerlink and we're off. He made it to the top (albeit a bit out of breath). Off to BVD we go where we come across the SHARE group working on the trail. (Thnx guys..mispost made me think it was Sunday). Trizz does well down here until we show him the climb out Although he didn't make the steep section near the beginning, he did make the rest. We tell him we're 8 miles into the ride and he says "that's all?!". So we drag him back into El Moro and do Fenceline. He's done...we point to the road to find his way back. El Prieto and I head back up Fenceline to Upper Moro Ridge then BFI and back up I Think I Can (again). Here's where we run into Fired Yo Mama on a "warm up" to Sunday's SART ride. Can't miss his tat on a long climb. Uneventful from here, but lots of fun. Total mileage for El Prieto and myself = 21 miles. I hope to be getting a camera soon just for biking so I can put photos on these things. Hope everyone had a good ride today in the awesome weather!

Xhuskr pretty much summed it up well, i will say my thighs are still screaming and im going to hate my self tommorow, but it was well worth the ride, I think i can is not a fun one, around every corner you think this has to be the end, but nope it just keeps going and going, I will definetly do this ride again, and to add, big thanks to xhuskr and El Prieto for taking me along on the journey.

Hey Kev I tought I first saw you taking off towards Rattlesnake. So when I was climbing back up I hear you creeping up on me. I almost got hit by a Prosche SUV from Newport Beach House wife while riding down Ridgepark .

BTW Here are some pics. I posted a azz saddle shot because everybody is now doing the token handle bar shot I thought about maybe doing the token saddle shot.

You been up Elevator lately... that was always the climb that told me where I was in my training when I was racing...that and No Dogs to the top.... ugh!
