Wow.... too much fun.

Started out in the chino side off elinvar. We climbed in, took the single track that parallels the fire road... did rolling M singletrack up to southridge.... UP Southridge to 4 corners... UP bovinian to southridge... ridge ran southridge to rimcrest.....

then it got silly. we WALKED easy street (no bikes allowed) to telegraph road LOL. From there we went UP telegraph to 4 corners again... Thru the 6 foot tall weeds known as raptor ridge...

Then it got stupid. We took sidewinder to bane..... POINTLESS

except sam fell into a mud pit.... and the rest of us had to push up to bane.

we did bane ridge to horse center... tanked up and fireroaded it back to elinvar.

My edge said 18.7 miles, 3200 feet of climbing....

we also met THE Gary Fisher Himself up at 4 corners.... they were on the Jax ride. Also saw dutch, Jason, Willie and a few other riders from STR out there.

I hacked a few lungs on the ride due to being sick, and switchingfrom 5 and 6" AM bikes, to my zion hardtail.... made my butt feel like it spent weeks in neverland ranch.

So here i am.... sick and tired... feeling like a flaming bag of shit....and totally happy i rode (and bitched at sam a little) today

Awesome day, awesome people and tons of singletracks!!!

Thanks to all the riders that hang out with me when i got derailed from Raptor's single track and all of you who helped me get back on trail after i blew my tube big time. So many names, I can't think right now, i almost reached my bonk meter to the max, but the extra gulp of water from Brewmaster saved my a$$.

STR Fam. This was a pretty sick ride today.

Finally got to hit Raptor Ridge and Bovine. Sickest part was the stroll down Easy Street. Such good citizens, walking 8 perfectly good bikes on a hikers only trail.

Anyways, here are some shots I took.

I just happened to be at four corners when you were there today (Fisher, et al.) and took Bovinian out with you when I left. You mentioned you were on a ride through this website, so I checked it out and signed up. Cool site. See you out there on the next ride. Scott

These are from the top of Bane Ridge. Mike (Cow) an Me (Randall) split off an headed back to the car. Took these as we saw the guys charge down Bane.

I like the pic where i was gonna pass stinky rider on the inside.... and freaked him out LOL.

BTW - there were 20 + horses out today, and 200+ (exaggeration) hikers out there today.

Also... 1 guy was swimming in a mud puddle.... oh wait, that was sam!

This is the most singletrack i've ever done, my left shoulder hurts a little from the wipe out at Raptor.

I was hoping to run into you guys out there some where. Lynn and I left Green River at 9:30. Raptor, Sidewinder and Bane were in better shape than last week...the grass was beaten down better. Someone actually took a weed wacker to Upper Aliso Trail.
