I could only hope we have a legitimate gate with lights. But realistically, if it's like last week, someone will grab a screw gun and a box of drywall screws and fab something up with left-over wood from broken up couches and box springs.

BTW, what did you do with your Yet 4X?
Well, there was a man at the last race who said he sells and makes gates for BMX tracks and he was willing to supply the Southridge folks with one.
I'm really hoping that took off and we'll have a proper, no joke, even if it's a gravity, gate.

Though I have been practicing my one-footed starts just in case.

The Yeti is in one piece in the garage. She's number 90 in the 2007 line and a classic through and through.

I'm still playing with the idea of selling it though.

For all my fellow shooters - keep this rule in mind for great shots -"Shoot tight - crop tighter".

Thanks for the tip Jody, at the top of my galleries I actually encourage guys ordering my photos to crop the images however they like. If they order and don't crop, I go ahead and do it prior to printing - if it really needs it.

I used to shoot really tight, but the magazine I shoot for hates tight shots because it prevents them from cropping to fit their layout. It's been hard to pull back and shoot wider, but I'm finally starting to break the habit.
