I rode Iron Mountain today with danlorek and Brian, I had a good time riding with you guys today and thanks for showing me around,
The chunk was fun and techy but all vary doable, I just need to work on my tight turns, I dabbed on a few turns that I know I will get if I ride it a few more times and find the right line.

Here are a few photos from today’s ride.

a few more times there and you'll be golden man!

the second run up Brain and I did I was able to do a few more of the waterbars that i couldn't get on our first run. sometimes it helps to warm up a bit and see it for a second time.

hopefully we can meet up next week again.

Nice pics.
How was the traffic for a during the week ride? From the pics looks like you guys had the place to yourselves.

we saw, maybe, 6 hikers total? it wasn't bad at all and i got the usual friendly reaction that i typically get there, "you ride your bicycles here?" "Wow!"

we didn't do Ellie, just two runs up Iron.

Good stuff. Last week due to the short daylight we finished Ellie in the dark using small Petzl headlamps - talk about interesting.

Can't wait until the time change so the entire loop can be completed in daylight.
