Default Soquel Demonstration Forest ~VIDEO~

Back in July I rode Soquel Demostration Forest near Santa Cruz for the second time. This place has a very "North Shore" feel to it. There are quite a few free-ride type trails in the forest. Unfortunately I did not get to ride all of them on this trip. This video shows mostly the Ridge and Sawpit trails. I am going to go back to hit up the Braille and Tractor trail on a later trip. The lighting conditions were extremely harsh on this day making for some less than ideal footage.

RIGHT CLICK to download the 4 minute and 35 second video that is 58MB in size.

Every report needs a picture so here ya go.

I'm planning a summer camping trip over on the coast (Santa Cruz is about 2 hours away from where I live) and plan on hitting Soquel then - I should have lost another 10 lbs or so and might be able to hang by then...

Dang that rider in the white jersey looks like he has the heaviest Camelbak ever! That gives me a backache just looking at it.

Thanks for the video. Love the tunes. Thievery Corporation rocks!

Cool video, you just motivated me to plan another trip back to Santa Cruz, I also like the music, it matches the area and flow of the ride.

Nice video Bill, I often go to Gilroy and visit my sister in-law, next time I will make sure to ride Demo.

Nice, I was up there for Thanksgiving and rode the UCSC area and Demo (ridge/sawpit). Had a blast. Definitely going back sometime soon "to visit the inlaws"...
