Default It feels so good (round 3)

So I hit rehab recovery ride v3.0 on Saturday.

Family obligations kept me away from riding with friends or joining up at Fully for swap meet, but hope to hook up from something with STR peeps soon

Decided to hit my usual ride to calibrate how much work I have ahead of me. Decide to turn computer off after seeing how far behind typical pace I was on initial climbs to park.

Rode to and did chill lap through Peters and Irvine due to time (~20 miles).

Made it up all “hills” including big red, but thought my heart was going to pop through chest at top.

Mid day ride presented nothing but families on the trials riding with their kids so was able to pass most all

Since most recent time on DL was minor comped to prior had minimal concern about “damage” and was comfortable catching some air ohf small hips and lips. Don’t typically go huge so much much to get back to there

Carrying some major extra lbs due to all the downtime and got a lot of biking to do to get back in shape I was in before recent stays on the DL but once again it was great to be back on dirt and wind in my face.

No pics, just smiles

Sea world FTW

nah, Shamo is a manga...the main character is referred to as "Boy A" throughout it, so I thought maybe your name was a reference.
