Then i had an hour break and had my first super D race, which i also won... my time was 9:49 which won the beginner class by about a minute and Jason simpson's time was 9:45 which one the expert class
needless to say, they made a huge error or i got lucky... oh and by the way, me and hjason fell. i endo'd and got some cool battle wounds ( good thing i shaved my legs so theey heal faster and are easier to clean )

and last but not least, i got 10th out of 38 in mens beginner 13-15 Downhill, which im happy with considering i have never placed well in downhill races.

i think i had a good racing weekend. what about everyone else?
Good job!

Bubuh.....chek yer PM.

I'm actually reading this you know?

Thanks for the vote of confidence, though. It'd be greatly appreciated if any existed.

Good thing I slipped a pedal and almost crashed on the wall, otherwise it might not be so much fun for you, huh?

LOL! All my usual humour aside you did great Allison, looked very smooth through the section where Andy and i were camped out. '08 winter series should be a great battle with you and Sarah. I recon we should have a sweepstake on the winner of the series!

Unless she's planning on racing XC also, I don't think it's really a fair fight. She spent much more time on the course than I did, and wasn't exhausted and sore to begin with.

.......Well Sarah rode her 41lb rig up the hill 5 times over the weekend using at a minimum 36:24 ratio . She only shuttled once with Paulina. Thats 2k ft of climbing on a 40lb rig right there. Also your practise was in more relevant conditions as it had changed so much from Saturday morning to the afternoon.......Plus I noticed that due to a planetary alignment gravity was slightly stronger on the first 30seconds of your run which must have saved you a good 10seconds
Bottom line is that you're itching for a rematch. I'll bring the chairs and beer - roll on January.

I'll put a GPS on your bike and hers next time and we can compare data traces to see who's faster where if you like? Or are you chicken?!

Whatever, Keith. I'm not turning this into a stupid competition. If you don't think your johnson is big enough, go measure it against someone else's.

I'm over this.

FWIW, I didn't see anyone riding up the hill. Lots of pushing. Including Sarah.

Hey BFloFoxRider.....I think you were right behind me in the line up. I was the guy in the sleevless "Path" jersey on a black 5 Spot. Is that right (was that you?)?? I was trying to figure out my approximate time if I hadn't gotten off course (and also hiked over crash victim, hey, she told me too! I think my time would have been close to yours. You had a smokin' time for beginner, looks like your cut out to race, congratulations!!

(that was a fun weekend of racing!!)
