yup awesome ride/hike or whatever that was... should have brought leg armor as the knees are feeling the effects of multiple dirt excavations and lawn dart incidents

Wow! Great ride everyone! I had a blast. I can't wait to see the photos. As I recall there was one broken shoulder coming down Stairsteps and that was it for the major injuries. About 40 riders showed up and had a great time.
Three cheers for Maxwell!!!!!
You rock!!

It was a good day, everyone had a good pace.

DHWK, heal up fast Bro!

Man, I almost pulled off a front flip! Can't wait to see the video. By the way, shoulder is sore but I think it will be okay after a few days...

Hey Maxwell, thank you for putting this ride together. I had a great time riding with everyone.

Great day. I really enjoyed riding with all of you. I was most bummed when I got cut off from the group and didn't know which way everyone went. Thank goodness the group that helped DHWK down caught up with me and we met back up with the rest of you. Special thanks to Maxwell for inviting to ride with him on his little death-march

Thumbs up Beautiful!!

Man, what a great day!

Thanks to all you guys that showed up, and shared the PAIN!
Compaired to the first two, like last year, this year was a "little" easy.

But man, was it FUN!

We had lot's of dirt samples, with DHWEBKOOK being the worst. He's boken, but not beaten! Get well soon Brad!

We had a little weigh-in, and it's ammazing to see how many 5-6 inch travel bikes out there only weigh in the low 30's!
What was even COOLER was the ammount of OVER 35 lb bikes out there today! And I believe there were at least 5 bikes at or over 39 lbs!

Mike at 45.5 lb's (soulrider) and Ed at 43 lb's(couger bait) were in the running for The Path $50.00 gift card.

Soulrider ended up living up to his sceen name by riding, and pushing, and leaving part of his soul on Canyon Acers. He sucked it up and made his way through the whole ride.

INSPIRATION!

That's why I like to do this ride!

Ed, giving it his all, just to come up short with a flat, and still having a great time!

Cow, on his 29 lb rigid single speed, pushing and riding everything. And still SMILEING after he was done!

Joser, giving me encouragements as we were making our way up Big Bend!
Listening to Andy make everyone laugh, when you know they are feeling like crap.

The laughter and cheer's after my own crash!

My two riding buddies from Washington comming down for the ride and actually enjoying it! Bill and Nando, you guy's are SICK!

BEAUTIFUL!!

Enough talk, here's a few of my pictures.
The rest are in the PushaKona 4 alblum; http://www.socaltrailriders.org/gall...at=1006&ppuser=

Notice they're all CLIMBING pictures!

Big Bend

CPATCRASH shows me some LOVE!

Joser mashing!

Once again, thanks to all you crazies for showing up!

I can't wait to do Number 5!
