I ride the Fully loop twice a week and can remember a small ladder bridge behind the dam just past the tunnel . the following week it was in the river, destructive kids? or trail regulators? if so what can I do to add to the tec ride of it all?

If it's the ladder I remember it was poorly built. The rungs were only held on in the middle, so they were quickly getting knocked off or knocked crooked on the log. This ladder was unsafe, so it's OK to have it removed. This comment is not a personal attack. I have no idea who built the ladder and yes, I did ride it once. The next time I came through it was already falling apart.
As for making the Loop more technical: You know about all the 'extra credit' sections on the Fullerton Loop, right? If not, watch for lines off the beaten path as you follow the main route. There are some good ones, particularly in the 'Blair Witch' section behind Rosecrans and (I think...) Sunny Ridge. If you need more technical stuff than that, you're gonna have to travel a bit to a different trail. Hey, it's only the Fullerton Loop! Cheers! Kevin

The fully loop is not now or never will be a tech ride. City won't let it happen. Just enjoy it for what it is. Better off to leave this one alone. One big accident and we could have portions or all of it closed off to us.
