Rain? Where? When? I little of it will be great for the trails, too much of it then we have to stay away, not good.

I saw that 20% forecast for thunderstorms and was stoked!

Might help keep the temps form being out of control again this weekend...

I'm hoping for some light rain in Big Bear tonight/tomorrow... to lay down the trails some.
Then in the afternoon the sun can chase the clouds away, so we get perfect weather for the STR bbq!

It actually rained here in the Temecula area last night! I slept through most of it but I heard from some guys at work that we had the full light show with a couple of good dumps in and around the Menifee, Perris, Nuevo area.

That explains why it was so f'ing humid on my ride this afternoon. A little rain tonight or Sat night to pack the trails down would be nice provided it doesn't prevent me from riding.

Summer rains in LoSoCal mean the dust is held down a bit. Great for the 1st few people on the trail! I hope we get some rain!!!!

Enjoy your weekend where ever you ride (or don't ride for that matter)

At this time of year rain brings lightning. Lightning brings fire.

Sort of a double-edged sword.

We had it last night too, not enough to make a difference on the trails though, but enought to make it miserable all day today

Summer Rainy season can brings some awesome clould formation which you can often watch develop and form. Up in the Laguna Mountains I have watched them over the course of an awesome develop, dump and go away. Cool stuff!
