RR:Wensday loop ride, 04-23-2008
some pics for today... i think there are little knomes hard at work during the night... had a lot of fun there. weather was perfect, i know it is supposed to warm up in the next few days...
personally, i have been having problms with the rear wheel tracking the little dips... the last areas are very hard packed, but there is a nice fine powder on the floor that just messes me up... may be i just need alittle more time to practice the trails. i have a hunch that it has to do ith weight balance, front braking slightly... too forward... may be the rear just looses grip cause there is no weight on it... anyways, no major problems to report... *please be careful... some planks are loose, and almost all are held with only a few nails, in the center... this means, if you go on side, the plank will pull out the nails and cause you to _________! so please don't do it if you feel at all you understand the cautions.    this is mike...  this is ricky...  me (jason)! yes, i know i am about to fall to my left...  but i fell the to right... go figure... yea, i didn't get hurt at all...  |

all of the planks where screwed on that side of trail with the big setup, on the creekside where the ladder is that actually has a little drop on both sides is nailed in ,,,, poorly

Where are these logs/planks at? I know where the second small one is, but I could not find the one in the first picture when I rode the loop today.
