Fabio or not, if anyone has ever played on rollers, they'd know how impressive that was.

I read about 1 leg drills in a book on climbing training. I need to get out there and try them. Maybe not on a roller but around the Bowl.

Ok, was it just me, or was anyone else waiting to see him shoot off those rollers. Nevertheless, very impressive riding skills...

He came close a few times, but I'm glad he kept the rubber side down.

True story.

I'm betting that guy races crits, given his build, haha.

they really help. i do them on a trainer, warm up, then right leg for 1 min. then both for 1 min. then left for 1 min. and so on for 45 mins.. it helps you learn to make power in a circle not just on the down stroke. it has really helped my climbing and has made me alot faster.

You don't have to be a roadie to wear lycra, all the fast xc guys do it

But I'm all about everything and anything, as long as people are riding and having fun, I don't give a damn what they wear. It's all about the ride, no matter what you're wearing.

I wear lycra on a trainer because whenver I ride indoors, I sweat like a disgusting pig, and while a fan helps, lycra soaks up a lot of sweat before it drips all over my bike and floor, yet is still breathable enough to let the fan cool me down... not only that, but I wouldn't dare sit on my damn saddle without bibs for more than 10 minutes.
