WTB Cheap road tires
Got any suggestions? My old Michelins are done. I really don't know anything about road tires. Looking for some new rubber but I don't want to drop 50-60 bucks per tire. I guess since we're getting into fall and it may rain a little I should look at an all conditions tire in case the road is a little wet.
Was looking at some Continental Grand Prix off ebay at about $30/tire. Anyone use 'em?  Also, anyone using 700X25 tires instead of 23? Looking for a little more cush. thanks, Carl |

i run the bontager "race lites" with the kevlar belt in them. work really well, and they match my color scheme.. i think they were only about $26.00

I may have an old continental tire or two in the garage you're welcome to.
I haven't had a road bike in years. I'll check tonight to see if there are any cracks since they are 5 years old.
