Make is a great zine I've been getting theses since they start publishing over two years ago. I still want to do the SpokePOV LED Bike Wheels on my SS once I get it finished.

They have others but this one goes out to PacMan...

I followed the these bike painting tips and re-did my GF's commuter bike as a surprise (photo). I flipped and chopped the bars, put new brakes and levers on, and new cables. Kept it geared cuz she wants it that way. Fun project.

BTW, the detail work displayed at the link is harder and more time consuming than it looks. I kept it simple. But that bike in the example is TIGHT!

That thing is hot, I'd love to get a project going like that.

That is very cool!

This isn’t nearly as hip but I get a lot of versatility out of my SS MTB for an occasional century. I start with my rigid 29er MTB and throw on some 700X28 tires, flat bar, bar ends and extra grips (for plenty of hand positions), big chain ring and a small cog. It’s a fast and very smooth ride.
