Mike, scroll down to the bottom of the page when you are starting a new post, where it says manage attachments., click that. You can also go back and do it from Advanced Edit of your original post. Click on the browse button and find the file of your picture. Make sure you saved the picture as a jpeg image.
There is also www.photobucket.com where you can load the pics from your computer to their site to host them for you so you can show the pics anywhere. Load the pics to photobucket then copy and past the IMG URL into the tabs. This button will do the [IMG] tabs for you.  |

26, and then he dropped the hammer. The guy on the left in the Livestrong jersey is my friend, he said they hit 32 and he was able to maintain that for well over a mile. Lance was still talking at that speed.
