Oh good, I thought you broke a bone. Glad that is not the case.

Ha that's funny. My dyslexic mind read that as broken bone. Man dyslexia is fun.

Saw that his ortho said it was the worst femur break he'd seen in 40 years.
Thankfully (depending upon your viewpoint) , he didn't hurt his jaw or his overactive hands - so he can still talk.

Update:
http://velonews.competitor.com/2010/...retcher_103892
seems like he'll be fine
My Bobke story:
Back in the early 90's Bobke tried his hand at mountain bike racing. We were up at Mammoth for the World Cup and Bobke was there also. After the race we saw him at a renowned local hamburger place/bar. We said hi and he said if we bought him a beer, he would come and sit at our table. We laughed, and had to "suffer" through dinner without him.

You blew it. For the price of a beer you would have had a very entertaining and hilarious dinner. Of course, it wouldn't have been quiet or relaxing, so maybe you were looking for that.

If he would have come over-we would have bought him a beer. It's the way that he asked..."If you buy me a beer", I'll come grace you with my presence.
I ain't no star gazer...Buy me a beer and I'll tell you some stories you'll never forget!

Good point. But I think that even him saying that is kind of hilarious because I enjoy quirky weird people and Boobka is definitely that.
