Perhaps the changing of the shoes/pedals coincided with one of the first symptoms of Iliac artery endofibrosis

I'll go with the others and say it's the shoes.

Question dude i put my MTB shimanos on and guess what!!!!

So I took up the advice of someone to try my MTB shimanos that are super nice and fit like a champ, still made my left foot tingle and go numb after 10-15 miles. I also bought new bibs that have a very long band with out the rubber wrap around the leg, said to improve blood flow and recovery. Also has awsome 3mm pad!! It also did not hep. I have been fit for the bike and just cant figure this out. I was told I might want to get a wide pair of the sidi ergo 2. I wear in Allen Edmonds a 10 D that I have to order at Norstroms. So I might need a wide, but was also told the Shimano 300 custom fit were a better fit but do not last as long as the ergo because it is custom fit. Not to mention UGLY!!!

HELP GUYS... I will drop 400 on a good pair of ergos but not if i get the same result...

Maybe try reading thru Steve Hogg's articles on cyclingnews or drop them a line for some ideas.

Had the same problem...saw some fiting video on youtube and there is this specialized BG fitting that look at your foot and if it's uneven they put some shim in the shoe or cleat.

So I realized my right foot that wend numb was quite a bit uneven so I shimed the cleat and moved it back all the way because my right foot is smaller and wow no numbness at all. Did a 55 mile ride with close to 3.5 hours in the saddle and no numb foot.

Give that a try.
