Actually it sounds like it used to be much worse in the old days when Amphetamines were prevalent and the riders were on the start line gnashing their teeth together and tapping their feet.

If I remember correctly Tom Simpson died because of a fatal combination of amphetamines, alcohol and trying to climb the Ventoux.

Good luck finding some EPO. I hear it's good stuff.

They prevent you from sitting in the saddle so you stand and get more power, best if it happens during the climbing stages.

Ahhhhh, you did forgot one (a few actually), shove a catheter up the urethra and fill your bladder with someone elses urine but you do need to know when you will be tested and it better be a urin test.

All the other you mention have not worked for a looong time, many years.
